Cultivating comply with sustainable agricultre standards

All farmer-members of Pô Kô Farms commite to comply with the criteria of sustainable agriculture development of Fairtrade certification standards from planting, tending and harvesting to preliminary processing. Members are always responsible for products, practice sustainable agricultural producing, ensure compliance with requirements for fertilizers, pesticides, environmental protection practices, respect and create conditions for the development of children, the vulnerable in their familes as well as in community, comply with regulations on labor, minimum wage,etc.

Quality controling from input to output

Inspections at the beginning of the harvest help inspectors select qualified farms and classify inputs for processing. Next, the member in charge of processing will be responsible for quality control from input to preliminary processing, processing, roasting, and preservation to maintain the most distinctive flavor of each area.

Check products quality before delivering to customers.

Sample quality assessment helps Pô Kô Farms to come up with a reasonable production plan for the next crops while ensuring that product quality reaches customers requirements as committed.
